If you are a gourmand this luau is for
you. The food is the star of the show,
with five courses inspired by five
different regions of Polynesia. Sample
Hawaiian kalua pig, octopus and
lobster cooked Tonga style, scallops
from Tahiti and grilled fish in banana
leaves from Samoa- and these are only
SOME of the unique foods offered to
the lucky guests!
After each course a segment of the
show explores the regions of Polynesia
with song and dance. This is a great
chance to expand your knowledge of
Polynesia and have a superb dinner at
the same time. Banana coconut bundles,
Hawaiian chocolate truffles, free
tropical drinks and cocktails round
out the night and send you back to
your Maui hotel full and satisfied.
