Mahi mahi, grilled steaks, baked
potatoes, pineapple upside-down cake
and chocolate macadamia nut pie all
vie for space on the groaning buffet
table.
Over at the open bar mai tais, pina
coladas and pineapple daiquiris flow
freely. Once your appetite is sated
the show begins.
The kahiko hula dancers sway across
the stage, followed by Chief Fa'a, the
