From the moment you enter the show
grounds and are greeted with a fresh
flower lei and shown to you reserved
seat, it's obvious that this luau is a
cut above the rest. Since you are on
the beach front of Old lahaina town
you get a great view of the sunset
over the water during the evening.
This show strives to be authentically
Hawaiian, so the friendly and
competent crew perform a history of
the immigration of the Polynesians to
Hawaii. Not only is the show supremely
entertaining, but it's educational as
well!
There is a free open bar, that
operates even during the show. The
buffet is all-you-can-eat and includes
island fish, chicken, seafood salad
and Kalua pork, guava cake and
pineapple upside down cake.
