Cancellation Policy, HRN, Inc. Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If cancellation occurs within the Cancellation Policy period, a one-night charge will be assessed.<br><br> Kapalua Bay Renaissance Resort Holiday Period Cancellation Policy:<br> December 23, 2005 thru January 9, 2006 - three (3) nights room charge will be assessed on any cancellation of confirmed reservations made less than sixty (60) days out, or no-show on day of arrival. Upon the cancellation of a reservation, the hotel's reservation department will provide a cancellation confirmation number. No-show and cancellation charges are non-refundable unless proof of cancellation can be provided. Example: Mr. and Mrs. John Doe, December 19-28, the cancellation must be reported by October 23 in order to avoid the late cancellation penalty.<br><br> January 8, 2005 thru December 22, 2005 - A one (1) night's room charge will be assessed on any cancellation of confirmed reservations made less than seventy-two (72) hours out, or no-show on day of arrival. Upon the cancellation of a reservation, the hotel's reservation department will provide a cancellation confirmation number.
