Reservations made within sixty days of arrival require a non-refundable deposit of the full rental amount, plus tax, at the time of booking. Reservations made more than sixty days ahead of scheduled arrival do not require a deposit -- however, a charge is made in case of cancellation. With written notice at least sixty days ahead of the scheduled arrival date, there is a charge of fifty percent of the rent for the reservation period, plus tax. Without sixty days written notice, there is a charge of one hundred percent of the rent for the reservation period, plus tax.

As you exit the Kahului Airport, you will be on Highway 38, also called Keolani Place. At the first stop light, you will cross Haleakala Highway and bear left onto Dairy Road. Get into the left lane as soon as it is safe. At the next stop light, turn left onto Hana Highway, also called Highway 36. About 4 miles later you will pass through the small town of Paia. Around 7 miles past Paia you will pass the 14-mile marker. 1/2 mile later, turn right on Ulumalu Road *just before the Maui Grown Market*. Go 1/2 mile up Ulumalu Road, take the third street to your left, which is Une Place. Then take the driveway at the second mailbox on your right, a black mailbox numbered 4320. It is a steep gravel driveway, leading right to a covered parking area. Please ring our front doorbell.
